I came to this clinic via Google search after suffering from chronic hives for over a month and a half. I was tired of using suppressant medication prescribed by my family doctor and was looking for a cure from the root cause. Dr Huang was professional and patient in analyzing my situation, treated me with bloodletting therapy, acupuncture and herbal medicine that greatly reduced the severity of my hives symptoms after my first visit. I also followed his recommendations in restricting dietary choices and was able to recover after 3-4 weeks time from the initial appointment. Honestly I was a bit skeptical about the many 5 star Google reviews at first as it all seemed too good to be true. But now I can testify and would highly recommend the clinic and Dr Huang to all. TL;DR - highly highly recommend. Brian was a life changer. I injured my ankle playing volleyball, and it turned out that I had two tiny avulsion fractures on both sides of my ankle (surgery was not needed). I was pretty skeptical about how acupuncture would help with my recovery, but I haven't been able to even rest my foot on the floor after two whole weeks, so I thought I might as well give it a shot. Let me tell you, Brian was a life changer. He has this magic wand (in the form of a needle) that will immediately make your pain and health issues go away. I will not lie his acupuncture methods hurt more than the 'traditional' acupuncture methods you hear about, and it is on the pricier end. But I guarantee you, the money and pain is ABSOLUTELY WORTH IT. (If you have extended benefits, even better. In case you're curious, they do not do direct billing. But don't worry, he'll give you all the information you need to get reimbursed.) Okay, onto why this whole experience was a game changer. Brian is extremely attentive and patient. He doesn't make you feel like 'another patient' that just comes and goes. He spends the time to listen to you and walks you through any concerns you might have. So I mentioned I wasn't able to even rest my foot on the floor for the first two weeks. Yes, you probably guessed where I'm going with this. Immediately after my first session (I repeat, immediately), I was able to rest my foot on the floor with no pain. 3 days later I had my second session, and the next day I was putting pressure on my ankle. By the time I had my third session, which was only one week after my second, I no longer needed crutches! My orthopaedist said it would take at least 6 weeks for me to start walking without crutches - Brian made that happen within two weeks, with just 3 sessions. Today is the first day after my third session, and my range of motion is already significantly improving. I'm looking forward to my next session and being back on the court again soon!

I've been hurt for 27 months. I've tried soo many different things. I've never experienced Brians accupunture technique before. It's really worth it. Finally.. After only 4 sessions I started to feel better. I'm actually going to recover. It's amazing.

First of all, Brian is amazing. The one thing that I appreciate is that he truly takes the time to listen and diagnose you. He doesn’t rush through his work and always explains what he’s doing and the benefits of his recommendation. I’ve had chronic back pain for the past 8+ years due to a very bad car accident that I had been in. I’ve seen a number of different RMT’s, chiropractors, and acupuncturist over the years and none of them has been more effective than the treatments I’ve had here. The first time I went was a few weeks ago and just from the first session I could feel my lower back was different, it was a relief that I’ve not felt since my early 20’s. The second session I had with Brian he completely fixed my lower back. That week I felt like my back was renewed and my body felt like it was in its early 20’s again instead of being in constant pain. Would I recommend? 100%. Having been in pain for so many years and finally able to feel relief is a feeling that I can’t describe and you must experience yourself.

Brian is very good with what he is doing. He listened to my problem which I had was shoulders and back and also my lower back due to my work. Every time after I had session with him I feel my muscle was not tense anymore and I feel more relax and less painful. I strongly recommend to come and at least try once yourself. Dr. Brian Huang may look young, buy don't be fooled by appearances. Dr. Huang certainly has a broad range of knowledge in different fields of TCM, but mostly importantly, his treatments show definite if not immediate results when it comes to treating injuries. I hurt my foot really badly and could barely put my foot on the ground. After the first treatment I was able to finally limp my way along, and now into my third treatment, I can walk normally and am confident that I can resume sport activities in another session or two. I have severe shoulder/neck pain and also lower back pain for the past 10 years due to couple car accidents. The pain comes and goes, and I have tried several physiotherapists and other known acupuncturists but only with limited effects. Dr. Huang was recommended to me by friends so I decided to give it a try. He is both knowledgeable in western and Chinese medicines, and explains everything in terms we can easily understand. This TCM clinic was recommenced to me by many people. I have had bad shoulder problems which I have some much pain and couldn’t raise my arm pass my shoulder. Dr.Huang was a god-sent-angel. After only 2 sessions of Acupuncture treatments, I was able to raise my arm pass my head and now I can raise my arms straight again. Now that my arms are doing a lot better, I trust his ability and now I am on his Chinese herbal medication. I have good hope that my body will be health very soon!
